  The Francis Crick Institute

  One of the largest research facilities housing up to 2,000 people in a state of the art building in the trendiest part of London right now; Kings Cross. Graysons worked with the Francis Crick to mobilise and now operate a modern and relevant catering offer for the opening of the building including a large scale staff restaurant, an artisan coffee shop, a public café, and extensive hospitality and events.

  The British Library

  At the British Library Graysons manage the catering services both in St Pancras and Boston Spa.

  In London the Library sits within its own iconic listed building and receives 1.6 million visitors per year. We manage the busy public restaurant serving a range of modern hot meals, salad bars, soups, artisan sandwiches, cakes, and sweet treats.

  In the main café within the Library we serve artisan coffee, cakes, light meals and salads, and we also operate a café on the Piazza as an artisan coffee stop with amazing homemade cakes, as well as the Members’ Room and Members’ Bar serving salads and small plates, grazing sharing platters, afternoon teas, and modern alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. In 2018 we invested in creating a new 150 cover public restaurant on the first floor and we continue to evolve and change the catering offers throughout the building to enhance the visitor experience.

  QVC London

  Graysons have been catering for QVC ever since they moved to their state of the art broadcast and UK headquarters in Chiswick Park. The challenge was to ensure we opened with a wow and we certainly did that and continue to this day. We operate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this ever busy and ever buzzing media centre that is truly 24-7 with programmes going out all day every day. We run a full and vibrant offer in the restaurant with lots of theatre and a versatile open flame oven, as well as a deli bar, and a separate coffee shop in the reception area.

  Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists

  Graysons have provided all catering and events at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), the world leader in women’s health, since 2010 firstly at their prestigious Regent’s Park home and more recently at their new modern headquarters, 10 Union Street, near London Bridge.

  RCOG is a vibrant environment with day-to-day college business, seminars, lectures, exams, committee meetings, graduations and award ceremonies. Alongside this, Graysons markets the venue externally and delivers a thriving private and corporate functions business.
