  • Tim O'Neill

    Tim O'Neill
    Managing Director

    Tim leads the team at Graysons on a mission to ensure we have the brightest and most engaged people who really care about what we do and how we do it. Having held senior positions in high street restaurant and retail businesses, Tim made the move into business and industry catering and venue management, bringing with him his passion for people, great customer service, and great food. He works closely with all of our clients at a senior level and has a flair for restaurant design.

    Business Development Director

    One of our senior team, Simona leads the drive to increase our portfolio of quality catering operations as well as working with our marketing team developing new ideas and strong marketing strategies for our existing clients. She is a real foodie and has a knack for creating exactly the right offer and the right blueprint for our new sites.

    Jon leads our contract operations team ensuring they have the right support and guidance to deliver excellence. He establishes strong and lasting client relationships and creates a culture for people to thrive.

    A leading figure in the hospitality industry over many years; Francis founded Graysons and gives his full support to the management team ensuring the founding principles of fresh food made with great ingredients and talented chefs are ever present. He also ensures we remember to have some fun along the way.

    Finance Director

    As Finance Director Barnaby is actively involved in all areas of the business and specifically guiding the company finances. A strategic thinker, Barnaby plays a key role in our business planning and direction.

    With a background in senior and operations management from high street restaurants and cafés, contract catering, and large scale leisure facilities he adds value to everything we do. Tim leads our project mobilisation team ensuring fantastic client relationships from the beginning and a seamless transition of knowledge between our mobilisation and operational resources.

    Commercial Director

    Having ran his own business for many years Brian is adept at supporting the team with supply chain due diligence and ensuring we get the best ingredients and the best service.

    Angela Ward
    Venues Director

    Angela has worked in the hospitality industry for many years, she has a background in hotels and commercial catering, and is very passionate about food and leading her team.

  • Emma Perry

    Emma Perry
    Head of Business Development & CSR

    Emma builds strong client relationships and works to welcome exciting new partners to our Central London portfolio. She brings several years’ experience of operations across multiple facets of contract catering and high street restaurants. Her energy, enthusiasm and great knowledge of the London food and drinks scene always play a pivotal role. She is motivated to deliver the best; offering prospective clients highly innovative proposals.

    Jason Harding
    Project Manager

    Jason works closely with Tim Piper during the mobilisation period, adding that extra personal touch onsite and delivering a constant role of 1-2-1s with staff and welcoming g them to the Graysons family.

    He also delivers masses of industry leading training and development to our catering teams, making sure everyone is performing to their absolute best and has an exciting career ahead of them.

  • Najlaa El-Alami

    Najlaa El-Alami
    Head of Group Sales & Marketing

    Najlaa is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships centred on trust with each of her clients. Besides her strong sales background, she is fluent in French and Arabic.

    When she is not working, she enjoys traveling abroad, volunteering or her all-time favourite is martial arts & yoga which she trains 3 times a week and has recently participated in a charity boxing match and the London 10k Asics Run.

    Culinary Director

    Sean is a hands-on leader and culinary director. Having held similar roles looking after large corporate clients across the City, and having previously worked in some amazing restaurants in both the UK and Australia, he is best placed to support our chef teams and develop new and exciting ideas for our customers.

    Regional Executive Chef

    With over 20 years of experience in France and London, Sam has worked across restaurants, events, venues and contract catering, specialising in menu development, mobilisation, training and recruitment. Bringing a deep knowledge of street food and a passion for innovative cuisine, he is dedicated to creating memorable culinary experiences for our clients.

    Operations Manager

    Nadia has a background in operations and marketing across several areas of contract catering from workplace dining to events. Nadia builds strong and effective relationships at all levels and as a motivational leader, she always brings the best out of her teams.

    Operations Manager

    Robert has a wealth of experience in commercial and contract catering.  Responsible for the guidance and development of contracts, a great communicator, with the ability to inspire a team with strategic aptitude and insight of client needs.

    A highly successful and talented chef, Gareth made the move into management and has never looked back. A supportive and inspirational leader, Gareth delivers on client and customer needs.

    A dedicated and highly professional operations manager, Inga works alongside her teams to develop client catering services and deliver like for like sales growth.

    Gosha has an amazing track record operating commercial event venues and creates significant revenue growth whilst building a loyal and repeat customer base.

    Ian supports our project team and our operations team across the whole business to ensure they have what they need to deliver.

    Carl leads our finance team producing accurate reporting and forecasting for the business and for clients, as well as keeping us all on our toes!

    Executive Development Chef

    Anders is a stalwart of the Graysons team having been Executive Chef at one of our most prestigious contracts he knows how to deliver the Graysons way! He now works for our business development team mobilising new sites and working alongside the chefs to train and guide them to turn our amazing ideas into reality.
